We are looking for a data driven Bookkeeper to join our growing Finance Team @ Nexite.

Responsibilities

• End to End account payable process management- new vendor creation, processing invoices and prepare vendor payment cycles within the ERP system, AP and bank reconciliations.
• Recording daily financial transactions, maintain the general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner.
• Prepare and submit monthly VAT reports, handle foreign vendors tax deduction.
• Review and process travel reports and personal employee expense reimbursement.
• Participate in the periodic reports closing process with full GL responsibility.
• Perform other bookkeeping tasks as requested

What are we looking for?

• Certified Bookkeeper type 3
• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience from a global company
• Extensive MS Office proficiency, especially with Excel functions
• Experience with NetSuite ERP system
